About the Position:

  • Looking for a capable person with a minimum of 8-10 + years of Account Management sales experience.
  • Additional experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Networking technologies
  • Reports directly to the SVP of Sales


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Regional Sales teams in a collaborative capacity to develop new business while aiding in the implementation of sales operational processes and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate and manage all leads ensuring every customer lead is tracked and followed through to completion. 
  • Provide leadership for support of proposals and customer pricing.
  • Proactively meet with customers face to face and be able to uncover business challenges related to our technical solutions.
  • Lead all sales opportunities and provide reporting for your regional business
  • Manage the proof of concept process to ensure success and progression to customer acquisition.
  • Professionally manage the stages of the sales cycle to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Experience with KYC, AML, and Fraud and Financial Crimes Investigations
  • Additional experience with Threat Intelligence and Cyber Security
  • Proven success selling into the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge required of financial service customer processes related to KYC, AML, and Fraud.
  • Connections with senior-level executives in the financial service sector with an emphasis on contacts within KYC, Fraud, and AML teams.
  • Proficient in Salesforce opportunity management and reporting
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Extensive training, experience, and success with Face to Face selling
  • Excellent account management skills
  • Good writing skills and proposal writing experience
  • Ability to operate in a startup environment and execute in the presence of ambiguity and change
