ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers.
Work with internal departments like Product Development, Product Marketing, and Sales.
Ensure consumer satisfaction by effectively working with both Customers and Constella internal groups.
Maintain and keep customer records up to date including any tickets opened internally
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to multi-task effectively
Ability to prioritize work
Organized and calm
Technical experience with programming, REST APIs, any other technical troubleshooting (desired)
Familiarity with Kibana or similar product (desired)
B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science (desired)
