WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


Constella intelligence is seeking a Threat Analyst Intern to work with us to identify, track, and defeat phishing attacks and identity theft. You will apply your experience and learn new tradecraft to identify Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for ongoing phishing attacks. You will collaborate with our Threat Hunters, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to develop new ways to protect our customers.The successful intern candidate will work with our analysts and engineers to study and disect phishing campaigns. You will partner with engineering teams to build models and scripts to detect credential phishing threats.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


Familiar with phishing attacks and kitsFamiliar with Email Header AnalysisFamiliar with Domain Names, IP Addresses, and hyperlinks (URL/URI)Ability to analyze collated data Excellent English writing skillsWorking knowledge of Python and understanding of malware analysis techniques, threat intelligence, and threat research are a plus


Requirements: 

  • Familiar with phishing attacks and kits 
  • Familiar with Email Header Analysis 
  • Familiar with Domain Names, IP Addresses, and hyperlinks (URL/URI) 
  • Ability to analyze collated data  
  • Excellent English writing skills 
  • Working knowledge of Python and understanding of malware analysis techniques, threat intelligence, and threat research are a plus 
  • Ideally studying the last year of the degree
